Loc&Stor 24/7 is growing and is looking for friendly, professional, motivated team players.
We are relatively new to the Philippines but have years of self-storage experience from abroad. We pride ourselves on the high standards of our facilities and services; but even more so, we pride ourselves on our team members.
This means everyone: from our site managers to our cleaning crew… they all support our customers’ satisfaction. If you love making people happy and are interested in joining this fun, dynamic business with great growth and career prospects, we are keen to hear from you. In brief, we provide short and long-term secure self-storage space to our customers who range from household users to business operators.
Our buildings have automatic access control to ensure only our customers and staff may enter. Our customers handle their own goods and use their own lock on their storage unit in the facility. All the “heavy lifting” is the responsibility of our customers and their movers. We do not handle their goods. We ensure the facility is secure, clean, and all systems are operating correctly. Our site teams are also active in marketing activities. This, of course, includes walk-ins, web inquiries, and telephone inquiries; but we also “reach out” to our nearby community to increase awareness and find our future customers. The facility is open 24/7 for our customers, but our sales offices are typically open from 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Saturday.
Our customers will often find us on the web or will have come across us via any number of marketing activities we regularly pursue. Our customers are not looking for nor appreciate a “hard-sell,” they seek professional, honest, and informed interaction with our team members. You just need to be yourself and look after their questions and needs… the site itself does the selling.
