What is Luggage Storage?

Luggage storage is a short-term service that lets you safely leave your bags while you move around freely. It is ideal for travelers who arrive before check-in, have late departures, or need storage for a few hours or several days.

At Loc&Stor 24/7, you can drop off your securely packed bags, store them in a monitored facility, and claim them using your booking reference and valid ID.

Bags that fit under the seat in front of you such as small backpacks, tote bags, eco bags, etc.

What should I do if I lose my claim tag and/or Terms and Conditions?

If you lose your claim tag or Terms and Conditions (T&C) copy, present the valid ID used upon deposit. A ₱50.00 replacement fee applies for lost claim tags.

Who is responsible for my belongings?

Owners assume all risk of damage from fire, water, theft, leakage, odor, infestation, or any other cause. The facility does not inventory contents and handles closed luggage only.

Are there items I cannot store?

Yes. We do not accept food, large amounts of liquids, flammable materials, firearms, explosives, pest-infested items, live animals, prohibited drugs, jewelry, electronics, or irreplaceable travel documents.

What happens if I overstay or don’t pick up my luggage on time?

Overstay charges apply for any partial or full day beyond your paid period. Customers will be reminded on the 15th and 30th day for unclaimed luggage. Items unclaimed after 42 days are considered abandoned and may be disposed of or donated.

Can I access my bags before the end of my booking?

Mid-stay access is allowed only under staff supervision. Bags leaving the facility are considered claimed and require a new transaction. If a security seal is cut, a ₱50 replacement fee applies. Any extensions beyond the 24-hour period or the prepaid duration must be settled upon claiming.

What if my bag leaks, smells, or has pests?

Bags that pose a health, safety, or hygiene risk may be opened, isolated, or disposed of. Customers may be asked to open the bag themselves or provide authorization for staff to do so. The facility is not liable for damaged or disposed contents.

Can someone else pick up my luggage for me?

Only the person named on the T&C and ID may claim the luggage. Third-party pick-up is allowed only with the original T&C, claim tag, valid ID, and written authorization. Authorization must include the full name and ID of the claimant and can be sent via registered email or written note. Lost claim tags or T&C copies must be verified with a photo of the bag and valid ID.

How does the facility handle risk and fragile items?

The facility does not inventory content. Customers are strongly advised not to store cash, jewelry, watches, high-value electronics, passports, or essential documents. Pre-existing damage must be noted at the drop-off. Fragile items should be properly packaged and protected.

What happens if my bag is lost or stolen?

All missing or suspected theft incidents should be escalated immediately to a supervisor. Staff will check logs and CCTV, complete an incident report, and assign a reference number. Compensation, if any, is at management discretion.

What is the required duration for storing luggage?

You may store your luggage for a minimum of 1 day, and you can extend your stay for as long as needed.

If you plan to store for more than one week, we offer a more cost-effective option through our Junior Lockers, starting at ₱1,999 per month.

Please note the following for locker rentals:

Locker rentals are on a minimum of 1-month term.

Even if you use the space for less than one month, the full monthly rate still applies.

A security deposit equivalent to one (1) month’s rent is required. This is refundable, subject to standard terms and conditions.

A ₱750 admin fee is required upon move-in.

Insurance is mandatory, starting at ₱91 for ₱50,000 coverage.

Any unused storage and insurance fees are non-refundable.
