Loc&Stor 24/7’s Pasig facility has grown to become the largest self-storage facility in the Philippines in terms of square meter size, marking a significant milestone for the company and the industry as a whole. Established in 2014, the Pasig location was the first and flagship facility for Loc&Stor 24/7. What began with a small team of three employees and 150 storage units has evolved into a substantial operation, now employing 75 individuals and offering over 1,500 units in 2025. This growth reflects the increasing demand for reliable and accessible storage options in the Metro Manila area.
The Pasig facility now encompasses three buildings. The original building opened in 2014, with a second following in 2016. The third building that houses the expansion will add significantly to the location’s capacity. This expansion brings the total storage space at Loc&Stor 24/7 Pasig to 13,500 square meters, solidifying its position as the largest self-storage facility in the country.

Safety and security are paramount at Loc&Stor 24/7. The Pasig facility, like all Loc&Stor 24/7 locations, maintains 14 levels of security. The facility is situated within a secure, gated, and guarded compound. Dedicated parking is available inside the secure compound. Professional Security are present 24/7. Storers receive personalized access codes for entry, with options for multiple codes. Individual alarms are installed in each unit, and email notifications are sent upon unit entry. The facility also has a backup power generator.
Beyond these measures, fire safety is a priority. The facility is equipped with fire extinguishers and hoses throughout, as well as an extensive sprinkler system and a smoke detection system that is connected to a private security company. Mandatory insurance at a low cost is also available to customers for added peace of mind. Customers can use their own locks on their units, and the premises are monitored by comprehensive CCTV coverage with night vision. All of this makes the facility safe and secure.
This commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed. In 2022 – 2025, Loc&Stor 24/7 won the Multi-Site Operator Store of the Year Philippines award, a recognition of excellence by the Self-Storage Association Asia a global organization that sets the standards of self-storage.
