Our Standard Climate Units offer both comfort and an economical experience. Equipped with cooling fans and a wide hallway ventilation system, they ensure a refreshingly circulated environment. This setup effectively balances temperature and air quality, making our units both cost-effective and comfortable. Ideal for your storage needs, they guarantee pleasant conditions for every visit.
An added level of protection. The self-storage area is air conditioned to manage humidity. This is a desirable option if you are storing possessions that are heat and/or humidity sensitive.
Relative humidity (RH) is the key to managing potential mold or mildew. Loc&Stor 24/7 both insulates and air conditions our premium self-storage facility to manage overall air moisture. RH is kept to less than 60%, which significantly reduces the potential for the growth of mold or mildew. Although there is no perfect way to fully prevent the growth of mold or mildew, RH control is the most recommended and reliable method. Our primary objective for air conditioning is to manage RH rather than temperature. Therefore, the Loc&Stor 24/7 facility is kept cool but not necessarily as cold as an office building.
